Expertise
Daniella is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O’Keefe & Nichols, Nicholas. Daniella primarily practices in the area of medical malpractice defense.
Daniella began her litigation experience as a clerk at Costello, P.C., a litigation firm in Washington, D.C., where she represented housing associations and cooperatives in complex actions as well as class action claims. At the Office of Chief Counsel at the California State Water Resources Control Board, she served as an extern, instituting a successful policy amendment recommendation within the Division of Financial Assistance that would affect vendors and borrowers across the state. At The George Washington University Law School, she worked with Professors Kate Weisburd and Jeremy Bearer-Friend in legal research on the constitutionality of criminal punishment and decarceration and the legal relationship between citizens and the government through tax policies. She also interned in various public interest organizations, representing indigent tenants in unlawful detainer lawsuits and assisting with asylum/refugee, naturalization, and visa applications to the USCIS.
Daniella was admitted to the California Bar in 2024 and is licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California.
Personal
Daniella is married to her wonderful husband and is mom to three beautiful, sweet cats. She loves all things food related and enjoys discovering new food spots and experimenting with recipes of her own at home.
A former singer during college, Daniella has a continuing passion for music. She is also bilingual in Korean.
Education
Daniella graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies and minors in Korean Studies and Music. She earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. While in law school, she served as an associate of The George Washington Law Review. Dedicated to public interest during law school, she was awarded the Equal Justice America Fellowship in 2021 and the Pro Bono Service Award at graduation, receiving the Law School and University gold recognition as well as The President’s Volunteer Service Award.
