Elyte’s litigation experience includes evaluating claims, handling discovery, and drafting and arguing motions in court. Prior to her work as an attorney with Bonne Bridges, she gained civil litigation experience clerking in private practice, as well as criminal law experience with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Before entering the legal profession, she worked as a freelance producer managing short film productions.
Personal
Outside of the courtroom, Elyte has an array of interests. She is a Level One Sommelier, an avid surfer, and has completed the grueling Tough Mudder challenge twice. She is an experienced actor and improv performer who has appeared in numerous theatrical productions and short films. Elyté also enjoys traveling, with her most meaningful trip taking her to El Alto, Bolivia, to build a house with Habitat for Humanity International. Closer to home, she enjoys recreating traditional Lithuanian meals from scratch.
Education
Elyte earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2019, where she was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. During her studies, she served as a Certified Law Student in the Poehls/Hobbs District Attorney Practicum, participated in the International Human Rights Clinic, and defended a client in Federal Immigration Court through the International Law and the Border Practicum. She holds a B.A. in Theatre & Drama and English from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, which included a semester abroad at Saint Mary’s College in London.
