Before joining Bonne Bridges, Michael was the general counsel for a Silicon Valley tech company. Prior to that, he practiced at a civil litigation firm where he specialized in commercial litigation and transactional matters for businesses.
Michael has extensive experience counseling health care providers on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters, as well as negotiating and executing the purchase or sale of a medical practice.
He is admitted to all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Personal
Michael is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. While in law school, he was a summer associate with one of the largest China-based law firms in the world.
He is also an avid baseball and football fan.
Education
Michael earned his J.D. from Whittier Law School and also holds a Business Law Certificate. He graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He interned at the San Joaquin County Public Defender’s Office.
